I would reset the lesson because there are a few errors.

The first thing is that you are not supposed to create new form tags.
Use the ones that are already there.

You need to add your radio buttons inside the form.

Here is our form

ADD YOUR CODE HERE

  </form>

Then take a close look at the example code again.
This is the correct way to create a radio buttons.

<label for="indoor"> 
  <input id="indoor" type="radio" name="indoor-outdoor">Indoor 
</label>

You can add that to your code and then add another radio button but for Outdoor.
