tienes algunos error ortográficos y de sintaxis, por ejemplo for"profile-picture", te falto el signo de igual y otra parte escribiste mal id.

También noté que añadiste código que no se debía de añadir.

este es el ejemplo que ya está en la página, se debería ver así

volviste a añadir los label y los elementos input, no había que añadirlos.

este es el código original:

como puedes ver ya están los label, con sus respectivos elementos input y su texto, el resultado final se tiene que seguir viendo así

lo que tenias que hacer era solo vincular los input y label (que ya estaban añadidos)

el codigo de ejemplo:
se vincula el input con el label, gracias a que el for de label y el id del input ya tienen el mismo valor

El codigo que hay que modificar:
no está vinculado

<label>Upload a profile picture: <input type="file" /></label>

y en las mismas instrucciones nos dicen que valores utilizar

Utiliza profile-picture , age , referrer y bio como valores para los respectivos atributos id y for.
