Your whole syntax for radio buttons is wrong. You can refer this video:

The guy has taught how to create a radio buttons.

The instructions say:

“Add a pair of radio buttons to your form, each nested in its own label element.”

You are adding the labels after the radio buttons. You want to put the radio buttons inside of the labels.
