Build a Survey Form: Label and radio buttons won't align with rest of the inputs

I can’t seem to get the label “What primary streaming service do you use?:” to align with the rest of the labels and have the buttons align with the other inputs. Any advice would be much appreciated.

In that particular rowTab, you probably intended for the labels and rightTab divs to be siblings (like in the rowTab with the checkboxes). Instead the rightTab is currently nested in the labels div.
