I cannot log into the postgres. when I log in I get an error message

psql: error: connection to server on socket “/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432” failed: No such file or directory
Is the server running locally and accepting connections on that socket?

Also the CodeRoad does not run when I started manually. Does it supposed to run?

It said there’s a .csv file associated with this one but I don’t see it in the explorer.
