Can I create a free domain at godaddy.com?

Hello,
If there is a way to create a free domain at godaddy.com ?
Not for real work, just to learn how to deploy my php/laravel app?
Maybe with restrictions, say small number of requests, only some short period of time, say 1 month ?

If no, can you advice similar domain services with such possibility?

You can use the .tk as free domain. Check Freenom. Then you can redirect this domain to GoDaddy or any other vendor in Freenoms DNS records.
