Cannot access platform

I created an account on your platform 1 week ago through Github. Now for quite some days I’m not able to access my account, It’s showing some error msg : Something is not quite right. A report has been generated and the freeCodeCamp.org team have been notified

please help to recover my account as soon as possible.

as this is something that involve your private informations, you will need to write to support@freecodecamp.org . Here on the forum there is no one able to check the database for you
