Cannot Claim Foundational C# Certification

Hi freeCodeCamp team,

I’ve completed the Foundational C# with Microsoft Certification and passed the final exam. My profile settings are public, and the certification appears in my account. In the past I was also able to claim it and see it. However now, when I click “Show Certification” or use the direct link, it redirects to the homepage instead of displaying the certificate.

My username is: nilofeliu

Could you help me access the correct certificate URL?
