There was an issue with users in the philippines but it looked like it was resolved.
I’m in the US. Georgia specifically. I just restarted my computer so I hope it works now
That’s what I always do when things aren’t doing what I expect.
everytime I click “get started its free” it loads up real quick but the page never changes. I went to google and tried to get to the website from and it just loads forever
Hopefully the restart of your computer does the trick because I am able to access the site.

I would also suggest bookmarking MDN docs
It will help you with proper html and css syntax and definitions.
