Can't create forum post/comment

I am learning Basic JavaScript
However, when I go to the forum page of a topic, I can’t post/comment anything on that topic.
There is no Reply option
And the topic isn’t locked either

There actually was a place to reply.

But I just closed it because those old guide post discussion weren’t leading anywhere and just became a dumping ground for unverified solutions.

If you want to get feedback on a solution it would be best to create a new topic and place [spoiler] tags around your code.
