Cat photo link insert issue

Tell us what’s happening:
Sorry for duplicate post I have been having some issues getting the nesting to be recognized as it is in the very bottom of the screen, I even attempted to copy paste the example and then changed the action to the hyperlink and… still getting the same error that I didn’t nest.

If I get rid of the added input and move the pre-existing one inside the form, your code passes for me.
