I not know why is this problem.
But need wait 5 minut and will be working server.
I Think Removing Cache would Kind of work but still is Like this?
This can be a problem, where it sometimes hangs at this point. If it hasn’t fully booted up within a couple of minutes or so, one possible solution is to open another browser tab, without closing the existing one, and start up another of the Relational Database courses. This often helps the existing tab to finish loading.
