I already done most of the challenges, but do not show solutions that previously done. When I click submit, it says; I’ve to do all over again. The new update on FreeCodeCamp doesn’t help as it is used to be, where map used to show for veiwing solutions. Which cannot find solutions to that, where all done before. Now, when you sign in to enter your email then send you code to enter before password. What type of update is on this website?

There are two different types of saved progress for Free Code Camp: your profile and your browser cache.
A list of your completed challenges is saved to your account in the FCC database. You can see the list of completed challenges by looking at your public portfolio. With a growing curriculum already over 1,400 lessons and a growing user base several times that size, FCC does not store every solution to ever challenge in its database. There are some challenges which are classified as projects required for certifications. Your solutions to those can be viewed on your settings page.
Your in-editor code is saved in your browser’s local storage. Recent in-progress code from the challenge editor is also saved in your local browser cache when you run tests. Because FCC rolled out a completely new application, the old cached values are no longer valid. This is the same effect you would have if you cleared your browser cache. If you are completing lessons and do not see your recent code, then something is preventing FCC from writing to your browser’s storage. This could be a browser setting, a privacy extension, or a browser version incompatibility. Especially as you get to more complicated challenges that may take multiple sessions, I strongly recommend saving your in-progress work outside of the browser cache.
This is a good opportunity to learn the ins and outs of your GitHub account, but you can also just save locally or use a service like repl.it which allows for versioning. The FCC team is working on creating an easy way for campers to download a solution when a challenge is completed. You can help add useful tools like this by being a contributor .
The solutions still cannot be viewed. so where are saved? I tired in setting both in chrome and firefox. still same problems. I have done again the first 8 solutions of Basic HTML and HTML5 then submitted. Therefore, I checked in Curriculum again, still same problems that wants me to do again.
However, my solutions is checked as done upto Basic JavaScript which I finished before, so when I go back which I can’t see my solution so I’ve to do all over again. It’s very frustrating, FCC you need to correct this problems. You need to get back my solutions, so I can go back to see as “notes”.
I cannot even see solutions on my settings page. The solutions is in Curriculum are Checked as green, which used to save. But now does not save on your database that’s very strange, however solutions are checked as green . I tried to do some exercises from solutions if I try to do again, then re-submit it, still will not save again.
Do I have to set up from setting page, then tell me how to set it up to get my solutions that was submitted when your databased used to save. I am very disappointed with your changes on your website, first used to save data and now won’t save data. I may leave this website, find somewhere better learning on the internet.
As I said twice, the only solutions that are saved are the projects. They are listed with the appropriate certificate.
I also mentioned few times, this website used to save solutions into database. I’ll continue from where I stopped then download a solution. I’ll repeat some previous solutions when a challenge is completed, then download it.
It used to. It doesn’t any more. That was a deliberate decision. Saving every challenge for every user would mean tens of millions of files.
