Class flavor in html-css 32

Hello coding community, I need your assistance here:
The following code does not pass with or without the culry braces of the .flavor class selector

<p.flavor> French Vanilla </p>

I’ve edited your code for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').

Welcome to the FCC forum. Create a topic to the challenge step by pressing help button, that’s appears after attempting Check your code button more then three times. And paste your code to the topic.

In HTML you have to add class like that:

<p class="paragraph">Text</p>

‘’’
Thank you Ray, I understand it now.
‘’’

You’re welcome. And there is no need to surround the plain text with backticks.

Thank you, I understan now.

Thank you Ray13, I am puzzled though because I tried it earlier and it did not work, I tried others that I got from mdn web docs, but I am happy it works.
