"coderoad: start" command not found

well, let me start fresh
I finished the boilerplate -Following the tutorial.md file inside the project- and want to know what to do to get this stage marked finished?
I still can’t run codeRoad, but I’ll try again tomorrow from the start.

normally, when you start one of these courses, coderoad opens automatically in a tab.
You do not need to open any other file like the md file for example.

Are you saying that you started another course and -again- you were unable to see a tab in your screen that showed the instructions (without you doing anything at all prior to that except to start the course from fcc?)
Was there any error shown on the screen at this time?

As for the ‘learn bash by building a boilerplate’ course. Did you delete that container? If you did, you may not be able to get that checkmark to show up as the troubleshooting steps mention that you would have needed to start the course up again and click Submit again (among other things). So please clarify, do you still have that course container? (are you able to get back into the course and see the completion message pictured in the troubleshooting steps?). Have you tried anything from the steps after that point? What have you tried?

I tried running coderoad -including deleting the container- before I execute instructions from md file.

right now my status is :
I can start virtual server environment and see project files. When I don’t see project files I delete the container from playground in codeally and start over from FFC.

I have indeed a container with all given and finished required files.

I still get the Error message from previously shared screenshot -command coderoad:start not found- when I click view>comman palette>coderoad:start.

what I’ve tried:
-removed all VPN extensions eventhough they were disabled.
-opened two pages in parallel to access the course while the first is already at the error message.
-delete container at codeally and signout and in.
-soft reset in project window.

I don’t understand this. What project files are you looking for?
You only need to run the course and when it opens it will automatically open the coderoad tab without you doing anything. The coderoad tab has the instruction you should follow in it.

Please post a screen shot of what you see when you first enter a brand new course container (choose any course you like and start it, preferably one you have not used before)

new project: build-a-celestial-bodies-database

that is definitely not what I see. I even tried just now and coderoad loaded normally.
fyi @moT01
Can you login to codeally.io and show me your Cloud IDE playground?

For eg. mine looks like this:

I can see my projects as in the attached photo.

CodeRoad is the issue

I sent them a mail but didn’t got any response.

for example ‘Learn bash’ is a first course or chapter of Relational Database
and ‘Mario Database’ is second

some time it starts normally but
when it’s doesn’t, the manual command doesn’t work either.

I think the command “coadroad” is not properly implemented.

trying to recall, did you already attempt to do a ‘soft reset’? (that’s done from the green hamburger menu icon on the top left of the screen)

have an idea on how to implement it properly?

@hbar1st can I finish the projects locally on my PC?

I haven’t tried to but the instructions are in the pinned post.

I’ve tried every thing you asked to do

I’m not capable enough to suggest.
The team behind building this course should consider checking it thoroughly.

@bit-tech-developer follow this guide to learn locally on your PC. I tried it, it’s fine. besides, you are going to work locally in the future anyways so…Relational Database Course – How to Learn SQL in VSCode Using Docker and freeCodeCamp

@hbar1st thank you for this

what operating system you are using ?
I read this post little bit they require linux and I’ve window.
I discontinued this for a while because of some essential learning thing in React.

@hbar1st Thanks for being concerned for long time and helping us.

Please forgive me if anything hurt you during conversation because of me.
