CODEROAD_WEBHOOK_TOKEN is empty in rdb-alpha Codespace

I generated a new user token and created a Codespaces secret named CODEROAD_WEBHOOK_TOKEN.

The secret exists in GitHub Settings > Codespaces > Secrets.

I created a new Codespace from freeCodeCamp/rdb-alpha.

Inside the Codespace:

GITHUB_USER=raynaldisandy
GITHUB_REPOSITORY=freeCodeCamp/rdb-alpha

But:

echo $CODEROAD_WEBHOOK_TOKEN

returns an empty value.

I deleted and recreated the secret, generated a new token, deleted and recreated the Codespace, but the variable is still empty.
