Nope. There is a absolutely no infrastructure in place to see if someone has completed and watched one of the videos on the FreeCodeCamp Youtube Channel. However there is something you can get. Knowledge that you learned while following along with the project and hopefully applying what you learned from it.

The certificates are based entirely off of projects. If you submit the projects for the corresponding section of the freeCodeCamp.org curriculum, you can claim the certificate.
