Completed Celestial Bodies Database but cannot submit (VM/Submission Sync Error)

Tell us what’s happening:

I have passed all the tests in the CodeRoad/VS Code environment and it shows “Congratulations on completing ‘Celestial Bodies Database’!”. However, when I try to submit my GitHub solution link on the main freeCodeCamp page, I keep getting the error: “You must complete the project first.”

I have already tried:

Hard refreshing the freeCodeCamp page (Ctrl+F5)

Restarting the VM

Confirming my universe.sql file is publicly available on GitHub.
