Content not responding

I have recently just started and cannot get the website to load after the first test. can anyone troubleshoot this? is there something i may need to turn off? this has become frustrating as i work a 9-5 and get up early to get a couple hours in every morning.

Can you clarify what you mean? What is “the website”? What is “the first test”?
