Counting Cards I think I'm missing something?

Tell us what’s happening:
I’ve been all over forums trying to see where I’m going wrong, but I can’t figure it out. Can someone help me out? I feel like I’m missing something glaringly obvious.

Your code so far

var count = 0;

function cc(card) {
  // Only change code below this line
  switch(card){
    case 2:
    case 3:
    case 4:
    case 5:
    case 6:
    count + 1;
    break;
    case 7:
    case 8:
    case 9:
    count + 0;
    break;
    case 10:
    case 'J':
    case 'Q':
    case 'K':
    case 'A':
    count - 1;
    break;
  }
  if (count > 0) {
    return (count, 'Bet');
  } else if (count <= 0) {
    return (count, 'Hold');
  }

  return "Change Me";
  // Only change code above this line
}

// Add/remove calls to test your function.
// Note: Only the last will display
cc(2); cc(3); cc(7); cc('K'); cc('A');

Thank to anyone who tried to look into it, but I figured out what my problem was.

And on the last return, there is a space in between the quotes around Bet and Hold
