Counting Cards help explain

Tell us what’s happening:

Can someone help explain why the above code didn’t pass and the following code did? What went wrong?

Your code so far

var count = 0;

function cc(card) {
  // Only change code below this line
  switch(card){
    case 2:
    case 3:
    case 4:
    case 5:
    case 6:
    count+=1;
    break;
    case 7:
    case 8:
    case 9:
    count=0;
    break;
    case 10:
    case 'J':
    case 'Q':
    case 'K':
    case 'A':
    count-=1;
    break;
  }
  return count+""+(count>0?"Bet":"Hold");
  /*
   if (card >= 2 && card <= 6) {
    count++;
  } else if (card >= 7 && card <= 9) {
    count += 0;
  } else {
    count--;
  }
  if (count <= 0) {
    return count + " Hold";
  } else {
    return count + " Bet";
  }
  */
  // Only change code above this line
}

// Add/remove calls to test your function.
// Note: Only the last will display
cc(2); cc(3); cc(7); cc('K'); cc('A');

return count+""+(count>0?"Bet":"Hold");

You need a space between your count and string.
