Css bottom toolbar hiding main content

Describe your issue in detail here.
When I scroll down (in full screen mode) to the bottom the content of my navbar ishidden behind the toolbar. How can the contents to show.

In full screen I see all the content. When I make the browser window very small I can cut off the last item. You could probably use bottom margin to give more scroll bar movement or empty menu items. But I can’t replicate what I think you’re saying.
