Hi so iI’m following the instruction as give but the last paragraph even with the
it shows as h3. Also It says that i need to have 5 total elements which i have so idk what to to to unlock this situation.

There’s a syntax issue with the h3 element. Compare the element tags with the p element below it (which has the correct syntax).
