Declare the Doctype of an HTML Document Is this a bug?

I don’t see what i am doing wrong, can anyone be kind enough to help me? I did just as asked and still i keeps telling me i am wrong.

Typo.

You typed HMTL
but it should be html

it’s okay.

you have to type , html not hmtl
just change it and it will be ok.
check your typing .
