As you see the title.
jQuery is a javascript library and you should know javascript to put that to best use
To use jQuery, you must know the essential knowledge of Vanilla JavaScript. Once you get your hands on Vanilla, you would not need jQuery or any other library to learn!
Oh! Thanks for the quick reply @kashimi!
Thanks, @cmswebsiteservices!
I think you copied from google
I am still learning JavaScript, so don’t trust my answer fully, but I suppose that learning JavaScript first will be useful since jQuery is a JavaScript Library, and hence it will be easier to understand things and recall them when you need them. You will also be able to think more out of the box, because just knowing jQuery without understanding will only teach you to act in specific situations, again, I have no knowledge and hence cannot say much.
Thanks, @Brijesh!
I know the understanding of JS a little bit but still no problem.
Learn JavaScript - Full Course for Beginners - YouTube , this is from freecodecamp’s channel, this covers the same as the course, but is a fairly quicker route, enough to understand the things, but practicing with hands on experience will be better.
