I am reading this page
It repeatedly talks about the display property - but I think it wants to say position property?
I may be wrong here, but I thought I highlight it and maybe the people who know what they’re talking about can have a look.

the reason I say that is -
looking through the CSS W3 docs about display - does not show the property mentioned in the article.
and also the article itself says position: relative
