I am having problems downloading the exam environment app for the responsive web design certification. Anyone with information with regards to the reasons why its not downloading.
Can you provide some more details
When I click to download the latest version or manual it is failing and the report is saying the exam environment isnt comonly downloaded make sure you trust the file before you open it,
you should be able to tell it to download anyway
Is there a button to click to accept the download?
Can you share a screenshot?
