When a company says they are seeking 2 or even 3 years of experience with a given skill ( JavaScript/ NodeJS or whatever) What is a good marker to gauge whether you have the equivalent to that amount of experience. I have heard of people fresh outta bootcamp getting hired into a position that required 2 years of experience. Someone please explain this to me.
