Extract Local State into Redux help

I am getting error saying this

Dispatching the submitMessage on the Presentational component should update Redux store and clear the input in local state.
The Presentational component should render the messages from the Redux store.

I have no idea why i am getting this. can anyone please explain this to me.

You are reading the messages correctly from the redux store but you are not submitting any messages to the redux store. submitNewMessage() is the action that will submit any messages you have to the redux store and it is already written for you, you just need to figure out how to access that action from within your react component and execute it with the current message in state as an argument.
