It looks clean, but also quite empty. I would add something more to the welcome section. A picture of yourself, a different background, something to make it appeal more. I also suggest having a look at for example https://coolors.co/app to find a colour scheme that is more visually appealing.
At a viewport size of around 800px I get a strange layout for your projects: 2 on the first line and 1 on the next line. I would change that to a single column.
