File path in the browser

Hi, so everything on the project i am working on was fine until today. When i click on a link of my page on the browser it gives me “Cannot GET /html/company/tools.html” and this is same with all the file path i have created. please is there anyone to help me with what is wrong? and what i have to do ?. i have spent hours trying to figure it out but still cannot get it right.
