From Facebook posts to Tumblr

Can I automatically post on Tumblr if I post to facebook?

What I want to do is, after post something on Facebook and automatically post to Tumblr for the same exact post.

Does anyone know how to do it?

other than writing a code to redirect your post data, i have no clue.

There are probably 3rd party applications that allow you to post both places at once. You could also write one.
