General Question About Certification

Hello everyone!

Thank you for taking the time to read this and hopefully help me out!

I have just completed my first certification in responsive web design (HTML and CSS) and am eager to continue learning and improving the skills I’ve gained from the course.

However, I’m encountering an issue with my certificate. Instead of displaying my name, it shows my username. How can I fix this? I want my certificate to look professional. I’ve tried changing my username to my real name, but it still appears incorrectly with all lowercase letters and no spaces between my first and last name.

Additionally, can I update my projects and have them reflect on my certification portfolio?

Welcome to the forum @gainastefan101

On the Settings page, under Personal Information type your name.

Under Privacy Settings make sure My Name is set to Public.

Click save, then refresh the page.

You can update your certification projects any time, and as many times as you like. Just make you pass all the required tests.

Thank you so much, basically the problem was that my real name was private, and that is why it was not showing on my certification.
