have you tried to do a search on your own before asking?
you can type “learn c++”, “c++ tutorials”, “c++ books”, etc. on google for example.

try udemy and search barnes and noble

You can try Linkedin too. There is a learning platform for members. It was Linda.om bought by linked only 27 for newbie and 3 months.
