Help with building a survey form

Hello all, first off I’d like to thank anyone who assists me in advance. This is my first time building projects with code and I am encountering a frustrating issue in regard to the completion of the “Survey Form” project. I have completed all of the required steps, except for one. I receive an error message on problem #14 which reads

" 14. Inside the form element, I can select several fields from a series of checkboxes, each of which must have a value attribute."

I completed this step, but I’m assuming I’m missing something pertinent. Here’s a link to my code:

Thank you for your help.

I don’t see any checkboxes on your survey form. The error message is telling you this:

“There should be at least 2 checkboxes inside the form : expected 0 to be at least 2”

You have typo’s @seraph7 . This is not the way to set something;

<input id="checkbox" type"checkbox" name="features" value="chrometip">
<label for "checkbox"> Chrome Tipped Mouthpiece-$25.00 </label>

How do you set an attribute? You did the id attribute correctly. But not the type or the for attributes.

Some add’l help, within codepen you can set the editor so it shows an error in your code by putting a red box around it.
Go to your profile and click on “edit profile”
In ‘settings’ click on “editor preferences”
Chose ‘Dark Themes’ --> ‘Oceanic Dark’

side notes: This, </input> is not a valid HTML tag. input is self-closing.
Also, don’t use <br> to force line breaks or spacing. That’s what CSS is for.

Nevermind. I figured it out. Thank you very much!
Feeling a bit embarrassed but I got it!!!
