Hi my people have completed exams but not getting any certificate can someone help on how to get it or must it be paid for .Because when I clicked on the certificate then they tell me that have not met policy rules which i dont know

you will need to give some more infos, what exams?
what policy? the only policy I can think of is the Academic Honestly Policy, one has to agree to it before being able to claim a certification
