Help with nesting input in form

[NOTE! For some reason, I can’t display my code as raw text on here, it just embeds it.]
Ok, I’m having a problem when trying to nest the input element inside the form element. From what I’m seeing, it is nested, and when you type inside the input box and press enter, it shows that you’ve submitted the info. When I press “Run The Tests” however, it tells me that I need to nest my input element in the form element.
Here’s my code:

<h2>CatPhotoApp</h2>
<main>
  <p>Click here to view more <a href="#">cat photos</a>.</p>

  <a href="#"><img src="https://bit.ly/fcc-relaxing-cat" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back."></a>

  <p>Things cats love:</p>
  <ul>
    <li>cat nip</li>
    <li>laser pointers</li>
    <li>lasagna</li>
  </ul>
  <p>Top 3 things cats hate:</p>
  <ol>
    <li>flea treatment</li>
    <li>thunder</li>
    <li>other cats</li>
  </ol>
<form action="https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo">
  <input>
</form>
</main>

Can someone please tell me what’s happening here?

I’ve edited your post for readability. When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (’).

If I recall this challenge correctly, you shouldn’t change the given input element.

for next time, please,

If you have a question about a specific challenge as it relates to your written code for that challenge, just click the Ask for Help button located on the challenge. It will create a new topic with all code you have written and include a link to the challenge also. You will still be able to ask any questions in the post before submitting it to the forum.

Thank you.
