Hi, Marisa. You deleted all the stuff inside the <input> tag. You should leave that. Also, make sure you have the closing </main> tag after </form>.

when i went on it the input tag didnt have anything in it

You should reset the lesson. Click the button that says, “Reset All Code”. The input tag does have attributes inside it. You’ll see once you reset the code.
