So you are largely correct, but double check the url you’ve typed. It looks like you’ve left out the “cat” portion

so the url should read:
"https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo"

but you have:
"https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-photo"

your html looks correct to me otherwise.
