How can I create forum like this with using Flask?

I have seen http://forums.fast.ai/ and quiet a few other site that has the same layout as this so I think that they’re using the same template.

Currently, I’m building a website and the customer request me this function, forum, and I accepted that. My experience in doing backend is probably only involve in CMS. What to think and what concept to know when building a backend for forum? It would be great if you can give me the name of this forum layout so It could save me a ton of time in doing front end.

Oh, Thank. It’s pretty hard to set it up on Windows.

The front-end idk!!!
But this flask app was the only thing that I could find and can be a good starting point…
