How do I pass this a href challenge?

Tell us what’s happening:
I add an a href element (<a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a>) and when I run the test it doesn’t let me pass but says:
You need an a
element that links to
http://freecatphotoapp.com

Your code so far

Compare the url you used (‘https://freecatphotoapp.com’) to the one the challenge asks you to use.

Hello @Codego, and welcome to the forum.

The tests sometimes are really specific, and will match the string exactly, for example this one will look for

 http://freecatphotoapp.com

While you are linking to a https, so the two urls are not matching

http://freecatphotoapp.com
 [vs]

https://freecatphotoapp.com

Hope this helps :+1:

Minor details are major in coding. Lesson learned. Thank you

Yeah, i noticed immediately that you used hpps instead of http, the difference is one is secured and one is not :). HTTP = non secured website, HTTPS = secured. Then you simply need to put the correct anchor words between a achor href with the site link in it , then the link name of cat photos, then ending link anchor tag :).
