How to create a shake effect like in this example?

Hi there,

can anyone let me know how to create an effect like this one:

I would like to shake all elements on a web page for a few seconds to then suck it up in the middle, like in a black hole.

Can anyone recommend an example?

jquery does shakyshaky but i would have thought you can just rip out some css without installing
