As mentioned by @vd.saurab earlier, you should delete the <fieldset> </fieldset> tags I mentioned above since it is inside of another fieldset. The instructions said to add a new fieldset below the existing one, not nest/insert one inside.

See the </fieldset>? That is where you should create your new fieldset, either beside or below it. Hope that helps…
