Pls how do i run JS codes on a program like VS CODE, I’m stocked setting up Node

i installed version 20.4.0 and can only check the version via command prompt if i put other command (pwd) according to the instruction I’m following it wont be recognized by showing (C:\Users\me>pwd
‘pwd’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.}

If you just want a Node REPL in VS Code I would suggest looking at the Quokka extention.
