I’m learning Responsive Web Design Course on freeCodeCamp. I’ve completed all challenges exept the last one.
Last challange is creating 5 codepen Project
I’ve Created 2 project on codepen my free tier has ended.
I can’t afford a pro tier on codepen
Help me!

the Responsive Web Design Projects can be completed as pens on codepen, or any other online editor that gives a live demo is fine

From the FAQ:

Do I have to use CodePen for the front end projects?

As long as your code is publicly viewable, and you have a live demo, you can use whatever you want.

You can use GitHub pages or surge.sh as alternatives to CodePen.

as long as you have a live version and also the code is publicly viable (maybe a link to your repository from the live version?), then anything is fine

you don’t need to do a project in codepen. you can do the test on a pen, Look mine.

Also, as @ILM said, you can use another repository on Github, Heroku, or anyone while online
