HTML5 - Account Picture

So my class is using this website to teach HTML5 and I am supposed to have my picture attached to the account. Well i made an account using gmail like I was suggested to do and my picture didnt link. I have tried turning my photo into a url and attaching it but i gett a broken image icon and when i attach a random photo it just gives me an X box. If anyone has encountered this an fixed it i could use some help.

What format is your image? Is it saved in your google account? That would be the ‘Gravatar’ option.

In your preferences, look for Profile Picture, and the little pencil beside it. When you click that, if you want to upload a custom image, don’t pass a URL – instead, select an actual image on your local computer.
