I have the following skills(HTML, CSS, JAVA, JDBC, MYSql, Javascript).
Is there any framework that exists for integrating front end and JDBC?
How do I integrate my jDBC code with Javascript, HTML code?

You can use Java to create a web server with a REST endpoint. The client-side web application is then written in JavaScript and HTML, and makes network calls to those endpoints.
