I would reset the lesson.

You only need one form on the page. Not two.
Delete this.

You need to use the correct url for the action attribute.
This part is wrong.

Here are the instructions with the correct url

Nest the existing input element inside a form element and assign "https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo" to the action attribute of the form element.

Thank you for replying to my issue. I am still stuck and confused . which form should go ? delete the " on submit cat photo part ? I am new to this . I really want to get this , Thank you again for your help again. L

You need to delete this extra form at the bottom

You can keep this one.
