Start at the top and work your way down. Seriously just start and see where it takes you.
Use the different resources at your disposal, articles, videos, tutorials, and other projects for inspiration.
It is a process. Start by coming up with a subject. Then think about the design, the colors, and so on. Then start by coding out the minimum that is needed to pass the requirements. Then start to refine your work until you are more or less happy with the result. Submit the project and move on.

Can you be more specific, what do you need help with?
If nothing else just complete all the User stories first, then think about how to make improvements.
You can look at the example project for some guidance. You are allowed to look at the code, just don’t copy it. On Codepen click the Change View button and select Editor View to see the code.
And do come up with your own tribute subject, it’s a lot more fun that way.
