I would reset the lesson because there are a few issues.

You need to use the correct url for the action attribute.
and assign "https://www.freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo" to the action attribute of the form element.

You are missing end quotes here

You are not supposed to touch the input.
Use the input provided for you.
